Dr. Robert Laitman
MD
Founding Clinical Director
Dr. Robert Laitman is a pioneering physician in psychiatric internal medicine and the Founding Clinical Director at Doro Mind. He is nationally recognized for his leadership in treating serious mental illness with evidence-based, compassionate care, shaped by both decades of clinical expertise and his lived experience as a father of a son diagnosed with schizophrenia.

Dr. Hannah Bock
DNP, PMHNP-BC
Associate Clinical Director
Dr. Hannah Bock, DNP, PMHNP-BC is the Associate Clinical Director at Doro Mind, where she leads with both clinical insight and strategic focus. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, Hannah provides direct care to individuals and families navigating serious mental illness, combining deep empathy with medical precision. Her work at Doro Mind reflects her commitment to patient-centered care and her belief that recovery and dignity should be within reach for all. Whether she's supporting a young adult in early psychosis or guiding a family through complex treatment decisions, Hannah is known for her presence, clarity, and compassion.
Dr. Bock holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice and a Master of Science in Nursing from Columbia University, where she trained as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She brings rich experience from some of New York's most challenging psychiatric settings. At Project Renewal, she has provided psychiatric care and medication management to individuals experiencing homelessness and severe mental illness. At Bellevue Hospital and Rikers Island Correctional Center, she worked with incarcerated individuals as a psychiatric intern, developing treatment plans and conducting evaluations. She also supported community-based care through her work as a registered nurse with Care for the Homeless, delivering street outreach and primary care. These roles have shaped her whole-person, trauma-informed approach to care.
As both a clinician and systems thinker, Hannah is trusted by colleagues and patients alike for her integrity, warmth, and commitment to reimagining mental health care.

Clare Jibb
MSN, PMHNP-BC
Nurse Practitioner
Clare Jibb, MSN, PMHNP-BC is a nurse practitioner at Doro Mind, where she brings decades of experience in psychiatric care, both in the U.S. and the U.K., to her work with individuals and families facing serious mental illness. Clare's practice is grounded in compassionate, trauma-informed care and her ability to meet patients where they are, whether that means de-escalating a crisis, helping a young person build trust in treatment, or coaching a caregiver through a difficult transition. At Doro Mind, she provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and care planning.
Clare began her career in the United Kingdom working in youth development and residential care for young people in the foster system. These formative years taught her the value of therapeutic relationships, creative expression, and strong interprofessional collaboration. She later trained as a nurse in the U.S., working across behavioral health units, partial hospitalization programs, youth shelters, and residential treatment centers. She has held positions at Four Winds Hospital, Nyack Hospital, the Center for Discovery, and Haven House, among others, providing care in acute inpatient settings, admissions coordination, community outreach, and clinical education.
Clare earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Stony Brook University and is board-certified as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She is known among colleagues and families alike for her warmth, creativity, and relentless advocacy.

Dr. Shayna Feuer
DNP, MSN, RN
Nurse Practitioner
Dr. Shayna Feuer, DNP, MSN, RN is a nurse practitioner at Doro Mind, where she brings her experience as a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner specializing in integrative, evidence-based care for individuals across the lifespan. She earned her Bachelor's degree from New York University and her MSN and DNP from Columbia University, and has clinical experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Dr. Feuer provides psychotherapy and medication management within a warm, nonjudgmental, and trauma-informed framework, tailoring care to each person's unique goals and needs. She brings strong experience in research, teaching, and mental health advocacy, especially for adolescents, families, and underserved communities.

Dr. John Mackenzie
DNP, MAOL, FNP, RN
Nurse Practitioner
Dr. John Mackenzie, DNP, MAOL, FNP, RN, a retired member of the Armed Forces, is a nurse practitioner at Doro Mind, where he brings decades of leadership in behavioral health as a psychiatric nurse, supervisor, and interim inpatient director. He is a nationally recognized speaker on patients' rights, mental health parity, telemedicine, emergency psychiatric care, and modernizing mental health law. John serves as President of the Solano County chapter of NAMI and is completing his certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, with a primary focus on serious mental illness.
