Doro Mind Waitlist
When our programs reach full capacity, we offer a waitlist option so families can reserve a future spot in Doro Compass or Doro Care. Joining the waitlist ensures that you will be contacted in the order received as seats become available.
JOIN THE WAITLISTHow does the waitlist work?
When a program is full, the only available purchasing option on our site will be the waitlist for purchase.
To join, you'll place a $50 deposit (subject to financial support) that reserves your place in line using our membership portal
When a seat opens, you will be contacted and given 72 hours to confirm enrollment.
Once you move forward, the $50 deposit is applied to your first month of membership.
Is the waitlist deposit refundable?
If we are unable to offer you a membership with 6 months of your paid deposit, you may request a refund. However, under most circumstances, for example if you chose not to accept a membership when it becomes available or if you choose to withdraw your name from the waitlist before 6 months, then the deposit is not refundable.
What happens when a membership becomes available?
We will contact you by email and Doro Mind app message (if available). You will have 72 hours to confirm you wish to begin enrollment. If we don't hear from you within that window, we will offer the spot to the next person in line.
After we have received a written reply to accept the membership, we will charge the card on file for the first month of membership and begin the intake process. Your deposit will be deducted from your first charge.
Can I update my information while on the waitlist?
Yes. If anything changes, such as your availability, contact information, or program preference, email us anytime using member-services@doromind.com and we will update your record.
