This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team at its foundation. In this role as a Doro Guide you will work directly with individuals with psychosis and serious mental illness (SMI) as well as their families to support and coordinate their care journey. In addition to providing member services, you will work with the Doro Mind internal team to contribute to laying the groundwork for the development of our Guide practice at Doro Mind.

Medical director

Robert Laitman, MD

Dr. Robert Laitman is a psychiatric internist dedicated to changing the treatment paradigm for psychosis. He is the author of “Meaningful Recovery from Schizophrenia & Serious Mental Illness with Clozapine” which outlines his families personal story supporting his son through schizophrenia and pioneering a novel evidence based approach to psychosis treatment with clozapine.

Doro Nurse Practitioner

Hannah Bock, PMHNP-BC

Hannah Bock is a doctoral level (Columbia University) psychiatric nurse practitioner who provides medication management, therapy and advocacy. Her goal is to ensure clients have access to the personalized care they need, including clozapine, and to reduce systemic barriers to care. She specializes in treating PTSD, schizophrenia,  trauma symptoms, depression, anxiety, and substance use.

Doro Nurse Practitioner

Clare Jibb, PMHNP-BC

Clare Jibb, PMHNP-BC (SUNY Stonybrook) has dedicated her career to supporting youth and young adults with disabilities and other unique challenges. After establishing her career in the UK and seeing first hand the power of effective psychosis care, Clare continued her professional development in the US to become a registered nurse and later a nurse practitioner. Clare has spent the last eight years working with Four Winds Hospital serving individuals in need of intensive psychiatric care.
